CHARLOTTE SURAND - Design Director
BACHELOR OF APPLIED ARTS, INTERIOR DESIGN - ESAI LYON
Born and raised in Lyon, France, Charlotte received her Bachelor of Interior designer at ESAIL, Superior School of Interior Design of Lyon. She relocated in 2014 to the United-States to pursue and build her career into proven design studios and project experience working in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles and Miami for interior design companies and real estate developers, investors.
As an international interior designer with more than 11 years of experience, her passion for each project is complimented by a deep commitment to delivering work with integrity. She has outstanding people skill, an endless reserve of creativity and talent, and is full of personality. She also developed through out the years strong skills in custom made interiors.
Charlotte’s career accomplishment includes working on a variety of creative design and marketing ventures for prominent developers and brands including Richard Mille, Ritz-Carlton Residences, Mandarin Oriental Residence, Palm Island Miami Beach, Collaborated and completed projects all over the world, in places such as Atlanta, Miami, NYC, Hawaii, Turks & Caicos, Seattle, San Francisco, South Florida, Paris, Lyon, Switzerland.
Each project starts as a conceptualized design, based on a stylistic consultation during which she offers digital and 3D visuals where she expresses creative solutions through dynamic presentations and space planning.
